Terms & Conditions: Details
1. Payment
- Membership fee is $15 per month.
- Automatically billed to the card on file.
- Agreement requires a 12-month minimum commitment.
- Membership automatically renews annually unless canceled.
2. Cancellation
- Written cancellation notice is required at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
- If canceled before the initial 12-month term is completed, any services received may be billed at standard non-member rates.
3. Exclusions
- Membership covers maintenance services only.
- Repairs, replacement parts, and non-standard services are billed separately.
- Does not cover pre-existing conditions or emergency repairs outside the normal service scope.
4. Scheduling
- Members are responsible for scheduling maintenance visits.
- Precision AC Inc. will provide reminders; however, it remains the customer’s responsibility to complete services within the membership year.
