Worked with Scott for the first time, and I have nothing but positive things to say. He was very nice, honest, and informative about all the necessary work that needed to be done while providing me with a few different options. Thanks, Scott!

I picked this company during my first phone call. They were the only company that recommended I use the warranty to fix the coil instead of replacing the unit! The prices I was quoted for repair even with the coil under warranty were ridiculous until Precision! Scott was wonderful! He showed me every piece of my unit. He was friendly, respectful and professional. I have their maintenance contract and am very happy with it. I no longer have to remember to schedule for maintenance. I pay monthly for a twice a year maintenance routine and love it!
