I picked this company during my first phone call.They were the only company that recommended I use the warranty to fix the coil instead of replacing the unit! The prices I was quoted for repair even with the coil under warranty were ridiculous until Precision! Scott was wonderful! He showed me every piece of my unit. He was friendly, respectful and professional. I have their maintenance contract and am very happy with it. I no longer have to remember to schedule for maintenance.
